Theodoulou Christos  - Head of Audit & Assurance Services, Christos Theodoulou, F.C.C.A. is the co-founder Partner of Ioannou & Theodoulou Ltd (Certified Public Accountants and Registered Auditors firm) from the early nineties to the current date.

His responsibilities include managing/directing the Audit section as well as offering professional advice to a variety of clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Audit and negotiation of loan syndicates. He advises many Cypriot and international business corporations on a range of issues, such as investments in Cyprus and abroad, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions.

He is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of a number of public companies in Cyprus and in one of them he was elected as the Chairman of the Board.
